Ms. Crystal is a devoted and caring mother of two, with a heart full of passion for nurturing and teaching young minds. Before founding Delgado Family Child Care, she spent over 8 years as a Human Resources Consultant. Her love for working with children also shines through her 6+ years of experience as a swim instructor, where she taught children of various ages and skill levels.

Crystal holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. With the encouragement of her supportive husband, she took a leap of faith to turn her passion for caring for and teaching children into a full-time reality. Now, she is dedicated to serving families and children in the High Desert, helping them grow, learn, and thrive.
